Your data rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop marketing messages. We confirm it is you (usually by calling the number on your record) before we share or delete anything.

What would you like us to do?

You can also write to drnehasclinic@gmail.com. Medical and billing records we must keep by law (for example GST invoices) are kept for the legal period even after a deletion request; we will tell you what was kept and why.
